Semi-Private Group Training
Looking for a virtual workout experience with friends? Or, are you looking to join a smaller group of individuals for more personalized 1-1 attention from a Certified Personal Trainer? If so, virtual small group training is for you! Sessions will be custom to the individualized needs of the small group, focussing on the specific goals set by participants. All sessions are 60 minutes, incorporating mobility, strength/resistance training and conditioning. Each participant will receive specific modifications, progressions and regressions throughout every session. You will leave this program with a solid understanding of exercise foundations and movement basics, corrective exercises for any imbalances you may encounter and how to create an exercise program tailored to your specific goals. If you are looking to join a group, we will match you with a group based on your fitness level. Virtual small group training is highly recommended for groups of friends or families who are looking for a private experience.

Virtual Personal Training
With at-home workouts being in high-demand, Team KRF is now offering virtual personal training sessions via Zoom. All sessions are 60 minutes and are tailored to individual needs and goals. It is recommended that clients train at least 2-3 times per week in order to stay motivated, progress and see results. Private fascial stretch therapy, yoga and pilates sessions also available with our certified instructors.
We place a huge emphasis on correct form with exercise pairing which will maximize your time at the gym and speed up the result process. Our goal is to get you comfortable and confident with your workouts and learn skills that you will be able to adapt to on your own.
