What is FST?

Originally created for profession athletes and sport specific movement, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a passive, assistant stretching technique implemented by a trained and certified practitioner. Life causes stress which shows up on our body however FST helps release fascial stress and can improve overall movement capability.  This modality utilizes synchronized breathing, traction and multiple planes of movement to tune your nervous system and improve your range of motion without pain.

"Science shows that the NeuroMyoFascial system must be incorporated for optimal results in pain management, rehabilitation and functional training. Stretch to Win® - Fascial Stretch Therapy has been doing this since 1995 and has since evolved into a complete system that is successfully being used in medical, fitness and sports facilities all over the world."

Why FST?

FST is an excellent addition to any exercise or lifestyle routine, as it will help to improve mobility and range of motion, alleviate pain and tension, and promote mind/body awareness and nervous system regulation. Like exercise, mobility work is progressive and the benefits vary with each individual, and reveal themselves with practice over time. An FST protocol begins with a consultation with your therapist, who will then prescribe a specific program based on your individual needs and goals.
